To request a new password please follow these steps:
1. Go to our homepage:  http://supplyon.com
2. Click on "LOGIN", then on "Forgot password?"
3. Enter your User ID and e-mail address in the two fields and click on "next step". (In some cases you need to enter the answer to your security question.)
4. A link is sent to the e-mail address which is deposited in the user account. Please click on it. (Please note that the link will expire after 24 hours. Also make sure that the e-mail has not been blocked by your spam filter.)
5. You are now redirected to a new website where you are asked to enter a new password.

Please make sure to follow these rules, when creating a new password:
You must enter at least 12 characters.
You may only enter 20 characters.
You must enter at least 1 uppercase letters.
You must enter at least 1 lowercase letters.
You must enter at least 1 special characters.
The following special characters are allowed: -_/()$%&?!+*#<>=
You must enter at least 1 numerical characters.
Choose a password that is hard to guess.
