How to unlock a user account?

In case your account is locked due to too many wrong password attempts, you can unlock it by resetting your password.

Password forgotten?

If you haven't logged in for over a year or an administrator locked your account, only an administrator can reactivate it.

If you don’t know your user administrator, ask a colleague who uses SupplyOn. They can log in and find the administrators under "Administration" → "My user administrators".
