For the attention of all M2M suppliers,
As part of the upcoming AirSupply release planned for October 12, 2024, several changes will occur that will impact your M2M interface. In the following sections, you will find more information about these changes and the actions you will need to take on your side.
What will change?
- Purchase Order and Forecast: nine new material-related fields will be included in the message structure.
- Purchase Order full download CSV: the field “Original Comment” will be replaced by "Customer Comment".
Who is affected by these changes?
These updates will impact all M2M suppliers, as well as all AirSupply users using the full download feature in the UI for Purchase Orders and Forecast.
Which message formats are affected?
The following messages will be affected for the M2M suppliers:
- BoostAero XML: Demand Forecast, Order.
- CSV Format: Forecast Overview, Forecast Confirmation, Order Overview, Order Confirmation.
Regarding the replaced field “Customer Comment” in the Purchase Order:
- It only affects the CSV format for full download and the M2M CSV.
What you will have to do:
You will need to update your M2M interface to access the new fields. All technical details and guidelines can be found in the "Technical specifications and guidelines" section. A generic test message is provided in the technical specifications, which you must adapt and import yourself. For a specific test message, please contact your customer.

- Please confirm by return email by September 25 whether or not you can implement all changes before the release on October 12, 2024.
- Consider the possibility to test the changes on the test environment. For this, you will find also a generic test message included in the technical specifications. (if you encounter connection issues, go to the “support” section)
