Download Profiles

Click on the link “Download Profiles” on the main page widget “Settings and Master Data” under the section “Down- and Upload Settings.
Download Profiles
Using the function “Download Profiles”, you can configure your own downloads and save them to a download profile.
By using the two dropdown menus “Process” and “Type”, you can select the download. The Number of available processes depends on your roles.
Create View

Customer user with “Company Administrator” authorizations:
Click on the link “Login as Supplier” on the main page widget “Settings and Master Data” under the section “Admin Functions”. You are directed to the table where the seller organizations linked to your control points are listed in alphabetical order.
Create View
With the “Create View” functionality the customer Company Administrator users are given read permissions to selected companies.
Assigned Packing Instructions
With the overview table in the tab “Assigned Packing Instructions” it is possible to quickly identify if a a packing instruction assigned to a customer article or not.
The table displays, based on customer article, whether no, a one or two level packing instruction is assigned on customer or supplier side.
The column “Packing Instruction Customer/Supplier” displays if the line contains the packing instruction information for the customer or supplier side.
Packing Material
Packing Material contains packing master that is necessary for the automatic packing process in the FPA / ASN process.
Article Weights and Measures
“Article Weights and Measures” contains article master data, e.g. article weight and article dimensions that are absolutely necessary for the automatic packing process in the FPA / ASN Process.
Packing Instructions
Packing Instruction contains master data in which the entered article weights and measures are merged with the Packing Materials. The master data of the packing instructions are necessary for the automatic packing process in the FPA / ASN process.
Master Data Packing Process
The Master Data Packing Process contains master data, which isabsolutely necessary for the automatic packing process in the FPA / ASN Process.
Notes on the Advance Shipping Notification process for VMI articles
The shipment quantities for the shipment will be generated in accordance with setting the process key of the VMI and Supply Chain Monitor article.
If no shipment quantities are available, empty shipment quantities will be given for the article/articles for recording the Advance Shipping Notification data.
Create Search profile for warnings and e-mail notifications
- On the start page “Logistics & Finance”, click on the link “Alert Overview”.
- In tab “Advanced Search”, you can define your search profile. You can find a hands-on example for the setup of an advanced search below.
- Click in the entry field “My Search Profiles” and enter a name for your search profile.
- Click on the button “Manage” and choose the menu item “Create new”.
- Click on the link “E-mail Notification” below the entry field.
