Expanding/compressing packaging data

To expand or compress a packaging item in an ASN, do the following:

Select the packaging item you want to expand or compress.
Click the “Expand or “Compress” button. You can now enter a kanban ID and a batch number for each package number.

Printing a packaging label

To print a packaging label for a packaging item, do the following:

Mark the desired packaging item by selecting it in the LPT column.
Click the “Print” button and then “Packaging label”.

New row for packaging data

To add a new packaging item, do the following:

Click the “New row” button”.
A new row will be created for additional packaging data.

Saving a draft

To save a draft for an ASN, do the following:

Click the “Save draft” button”. The ASN is saved with the status “open”.
You can then exit the ASN mask.

Note

Saved ASN drafts are shown in the ASN overview. From here you can open them up for further editing.

Closing

To close an ASN prematurely, do the following:

Click the “Close” button”.
When all mandatory fields have been completed, SupplyOn displays the “Complete ASN” overview.

Packaging data

The packaging data for the article can be entered or changed on the packaging data entry page.

Printing a label

To print a shipment list, transport label or packaging label for a handling unit, do the following:

Mark the desired handling unit by selecting the items in the LPT column.
Click the “Print” button and then “Packaging label”, “Transport label” or “Shipment list”.

Saving a draft

To save a draft for an ASN, do the following:

Click the “Save draft” button”. The ASN is saved with the status “open”.
You can then exit the ASN mask.

Handling unit data
