Advanced Shipping Notifications can contain one or more positions. Each ASN position includes a material. On this screen, you can search a material via the article numbers and descriptions and display in which ASN the material has been shipped.

The page “Demand Reminder” shows all demand reminders. On the Logistics & Finance start page select the link in the column “new messages” in order to see new and unread demand reminders. Select the link “Demand Reminder” to see all demand reminders.
By using the “Warehouse Collaboration” process, you can create stock movements using WebEDI. The function is available to supplier users with the matching roles assigned.
Up- and Download descriptions
In the alert overview table, you will find tabs that include inventory alerts, ASN alerts , article status alerts and alerts for overdue or deviating confirmations. The alerts notify you on special situations. You can search for alerts and save your search criteria in a search profile, e.g. in order to setup an e-mail notification.
You can set up when and how frequent you want to receive information about critical situations and ASN information.
Additionally you can define whether you would like to receive alert notifcations as e-mail attachment (CSV format) or as text information.
The e-mail notifications will be sent to the e-mail address that is configured for you in the SupplyOn user management.
Users with the role “WebEDIBuyerAdmin” can define allowed rebates and surcharges for WebEDI invoices, both on header and position level, which will be considered for WebEDI invoicing either for a specific plant or as a default setting for all affected plants of the buyside.
On the Organisation Master Data page, you will find default settings for the inventory projection of the seller organization. In addition to the seller organization parameters, the global default values are shown which are used when setting up a new seller organization.
Note: Depending on your role you might only have a read only access or might have the possibility to change this default values.
