Orders - by Article Number

In this overview, all combinations of consignor and article number are displayed for your organization.

Download of order or order confirmation

You can download line items of all selected orders using the document download, including original prices, schedule dates and quantities.

Inventory Projection

On the inventory projection page, you can see the projected stock for a specific article. For the buy side users also a “break down” view exists, which allows to display multiple projected inventories for a multi-sourcing scenario.

With the graphical representation, you can see how the projected inventory changes over time. The height of bars shows the proportional stock level.

Inventory History

The inventory history page contains data relating to stock changes for an article and the changes made to the master data for that article. For example, you can observe how the stock has changed over the last 14 days.

The inventory history for the last 14 days is displayed as standard. You can, however, change this period using the date fields.

IPR Articles

IPR is short for “Inventory Projection”.

Following information is shown for every article:

Current inventory
Preview on demands of the customer
Projected inventory for the future (inventory projection)
The agreed minimum- and maximum stock limits

The supplier...

...is responsible that the inventory of the buying company does not exceed the limits.
...plans shipments inside this limits by his own.

Planned receipts history

The planned receipts history page contains all planned receipts for an article which have been created, uploaded or sent.

Planned Receipts for VMI

If you would like to enter and save planned receipts for the IPR process or for the Supply Chain Monitor process, please proceed as follows:

  1. Decide for which date you would like to enter planned receipts (Note: The date is the arrival date of the shipment at customer plant).

VMI Outbound Message

If you are a customer and you have the role “VMIBuyerAdmin”, you can access the area in which you can customize the VMI outbound message settings for your suppliers from the opening page. You also have the option of configuring the messages for all suppliers (select *) or for every supplier separately.

You can define the outgoing message by selecting values shown in the drop-down menus in the table. The time at which messages are sent depends upon the time zone in which is set for the customer plant.

Symbols for Inventory Status

You can bring up the status symbol in order to display the inventory status on various pages (e.g. IPR Articles, RPM Articles, Inventory History).
The inventory status symbol represents the stock on hand at the end of the current day, taking into account in-transit quantities through end of today. For the inventory status symbol in the IPR Articles table also goods required (gross demands) through end of today are taken into account.

Performance Data

The page “Performance Data” contains rating records for your VMI article(s) if the rating process is set up for the corresponding customer plant. Each line in the Performance Data table describes a rating entry for a specific article and a specific rating timeframe. You can configure the results to suit your requirements using search profiles and customize the way in which the table is displayed.

Note: the ratings are based on a rating profile specified for the customer plant.

RPM Articles

RPM is short for “Replenishment Planning Monitor”.

The table displays for every article:

Current available stock
Shipment quantity
Agreed minimum and maximum stock limits
Reorder level (signal stock limit)

The supplier is responsible for shipping the proposed shipping quantities.
