Demand Reminder

The page “Demand Reminder” shows all demand reminders. On the Logistics & Finance start page select the link in the column “new messages” in order to see new and unread demand reminders. Select the link “Demand Reminder” to see all demand reminders.

Alert Overview

In the alert overview table, you will find tabs that include inventory alerts, ASN alerts , article status alerts and alerts for overdue or deviating confirmations. The alerts notify you on special situations. You can search for alerts and save your search criteria in a search profile, e.g. in order to setup an e-mail notification.

Alert Notification

You can set up when and how frequent you want to receive information about critical situations and ASN information.

Additionally you can define whether you would like to receive alert notifcations as e-mail attachment (CSV format) or as text information.

The e-mail notifications will be sent to the e-mail address that is configured for you in the SupplyOn user management.

Rebates and Surcharge

Users with the role “WebEDIBuyerAdmin” can define allowed rebates and surcharges for WebEDI invoices, both on header and position level, which will be considered for WebEDI invoicing either for a specific plant or as a default setting for all affected plants of the buyside.

VMI Org Master Data

On the Organisation Master Data page, you will find default settings for the inventory projection of the seller organization. In addition to the seller organization parameters, the global default values are shown which are used when setting up a new seller organization.

Note: Depending on your role you might only have a read only access or might have the possibility to change this default values.

Plant Master Data

If you are a customer and have the role “VMIBuyerAdmin” or “WebEDIBuyerAdmin” or “SupplyChainMonitorBuyerAdmin”, you can access the area in which you can view and change the Logistics & Finance master data for your plants from the opening page.

The role “WebEDIBuyerAdmin”, defines allowed rebates and surcharges on header and position level for the WebEDI invoicing process of your plant.

The role “VMIBuyerAdmin” defines default values for new VMI articles.

Delivery Schedules - Overview Screen

In this overview you can see all single delivery schedules. If you open this page via the schedule type process name (e.g. Just In Time Call-off) or the “New Messages” column from the WebEDI start page, only messages for this schedule type will be displayed. In this situation the tab name shows the name of the schedule type (e.g. JIT Call-off). If you reset this filter the tab name shows “Delivery Schedules”.

If you use the link for “New Messages” from the WebEDI start page, the list is filtered for messages in status “new”.

Click on a line to display all delivery schedules for this combination.
