IPR is short for “Inventory Projection”.

The agreed minimum- and maximum stock limits

...is responsible that the inventory of the buying company does not exceed the limits.
...plans shipments inside this limits by his own.
The planned receipts history page contains all planned receipts for an article which have been created, uploaded or sent.
If you are a customer and you have the role “VMIBuyerAdmin”, you can access the area in which you can customize the VMI outbound message settings for your suppliers from the opening page. You also have the option of configuring the messages for all suppliers (select *) or for every supplier separately.
You can define the outgoing message by selecting values shown in the drop-down menus in the table. The time at which messages are sent depends upon the time zone in which is set for the customer plant.
You can bring up the status symbol in order to display the inventory status on various pages (e.g. IPR Articles, RPM Articles, Inventory History).
The inventory status symbol represents the stock on hand at the end of the current day, taking into account in-transit quantities through end of today. For the inventory status symbol in the IPR Articles table also goods required (gross demands) through end of today are taken into account.
The page “Performance Data” contains rating records for your VMI article(s) if the rating process is set up for the corresponding customer plant. Each line in the Performance Data table describes a rating entry for a specific article and a specific rating timeframe. You can configure the results to suit your requirements using search profiles and customize the way in which the table is displayed.
Note: the ratings are based on a rating profile specified for the customer plant.
RPM is short for “Replenishment Planning Monitor”.
The table displays for every article:
Current available stock
Shipment quantity
Agreed minimum and maximum stock limits
Reorder level (signal stock limit)
The supplier is responsible for shipping the proposed shipping quantities.

With the configuration of the time horizon (days, weeks, months, offset), you are defining if you would like to use default settings for your plant or if you would like to use your own settings.
The demand history page contains data from sent demand messages.
