On the “Complete ASN” overview page, you can check the header, handling unit and item data entered during the ASN creation process. You also close the ASN creation process on this page and send the complete ASN to the buying company.

The article master data fields have the following contents, and any changes must comply with the following conditions:

Article master data history
The “Article Master Data History” page contains information about the changes in the article master data as well as the changing user and the time of change. Changes that are made manually, by user upload or SupplyOn system are considered.
Uploading article master data
If you want to make changes to several article master data at the same time, we recommend you upload them as an Excel file (XLS).

How to enter changes to values in the article master data details mask
- Mark the article you want to change on the article master data overview page.
- Click the “Details” button below the table. If you only want to change a single article, you can simply click on the article number.
- On the “article details” page you can enter or change values in the permitted fields.
Overview of article master data
On the article master data overview page, you can find master data for your articles that have been added by means of VMI notifications, demand notifications, dummy orders or the CSV create material function. You can change the master data in the table by uploading modified master data or by making modifications on the details page. You can use the search function to find individual article master data records. You can configure the table view to meet your requirements and then save the view.

The screen “Due Deliveries (grouped)” is the entry point for FPA creation.
Overview assigned packing instructions
In the overview “Assigned Packing Instructions” you see the customer article numbers and the assigned packing instructions.
The table gives a quick overview whether a customer article has one or more packing instructions from customer or supplier side and whether a supplier article is assigned.
The table is visible to customers and suppliers. Both see the same table.
The column “Packing Instruction Customer / Supplier” displays which packing instructions and packing data were created by the customer or supplier.
Overview Packing Material
The packing material master data in the menu item “Packing Material” contains all packing materials from supplier and customer with data that are absolutely necessary in the automatic and manual packing process in the FPA / ASN process.
The menu item “Packing Material” are available for customer and supplier.
For Customers: The packing material master data can be created or updated by demand message, by CSV file upload or by manual entry in the entry dialogue “Packing Material Details”.
Details Packing Instructions
In the detail page “Packing Instructions” you find all relevant fields and the assignment of entered articles and packing materials.
One level packing instruction:
In the one level packing instruction you must assign the packing material and the articles. Furthermore you can assign auxiliary packing materials.
