Closing a delivery note item

To close one or more delivery note items, do the following:

  1. Choose on the left the delivery note items you want to close.
  2. Click the “Close delivery note items” button”.
  3. The cancelled items are given the status “closed”.

Notes

  • The “Close delivery note items” function is only available to buying companies.
  • Please note that only delivery note items with IPR articles or RPM articles can be closed.

Cancelling delivery note items

To cancel one or more delivery note items, proceed as follows:

  1. Choose on the left the delivery note items you want to cancel.
  2. Click the “Cancel delivery note items” button”.
  3. The cancelled items are given the status “cancelled”.

Notes:

  • The “Cancel delivery note items” function is only available to suppliers.
  • Please note that only delivery note items with IPR articles or RPM articles can be cancelled.

Overview of delivery note items

In the delivery note item table, you can display all the delivery note items in your ASN.


This table can be called up from the ASN overview, the IPR article table, RPM article table and from the inventory projection table. If more than five articles are selected and the table is called up, all open delivery note items are displayed. The default for the search criteria is the “sent” status.

Printing documents for an ASN

To print one of the following documents for a shipment, do the following:

  1. Click the “Print” button”.
  2. Click the desired document.

You can select one of the following documents: transport order, packaging label, shipping order, delivery note, shipment list or an accompanying note for data transfer))

Handover

After you have entered all relevant customs data in the ASN, you can “hand over” these data to your customer or the import forwarder. The import forwarder is the carrier responsible for giving prior notice of import of the shipment to customs. After handover has taken place, the import forwarder can download the customs data record from SupplyOn and register the shipment with customs.

Saving a draft

To save a draft for an ASN, do the following:

  1. Click the “Save draft” button”. The ASN is saved with the status “open”.
  2. You can then exit the ASN mask.

Note

  • Saved ASN drafts are shown in the ASN overview. From here you can open them up for further editing.

Sending an ASN

To send an ASN, do the following:

  1. Click the “Send” button”.
  2. The entered data are automatically sent to your customer.
  3. The status of the ASN is changed to “sent”.

Note

  • ASNs which have already been sent can be opened again in the ASN overview.

Complete ASN

On the “Complete ASN” overview page, you can check the header, handling unit and item data entered during the ASN creation process. You also close the ASN creation process on this page and send the complete ASN to the buying company.

Article master data history

The “Article Master Data History” page contains information about the changes in the article master data as well as the changing user and the time of change. Changes that are made manually, by user upload or SupplyOn system are considered.
