You can set up when and how frequent you want to receive information about critical situations. The alerts sent via e-mail correspond to a search profile which you have configured in the alert overview. Please note that the search profile, which is the basis for the e-mail notification, is always based on the default active filter of the user who activates the e-mail notification.

Quick search is available in all list views (e.g. Purchase Order Overview, Forecast Overview, Forecast Details, …). It is the easiest way to quickly look for a certain business object if you do not exactly know where to look. Quick search supports the asterisk “*” as a wildcard. Quick search does not check all fields of a business object, but only the most common. Usually using advanced search yields better and more precise results.

Please Note: Supplier inbound messages that contain syntax errors will not be shown in the message monitor as these messages are not actually transmitted to AirSupply. The SupplyOn EAI component returns an error message and there will be no entry in the message monitor of AirSupply.
