For each company registered with SupplyOn , there is at least one person with administration rights who can, for example, assign user roles, unlock account etc.
You can easily find out who your user administrator is.
NOTE: If you are currently unable to log in to SupplyOn , for example because your account is locked, please contact another SupplyOn user in your company. They can find your user administrator in the SupplyOn "Administration" menu under "My User Administrators", as described below.
- Open the SupplyOn website and log in with your user ID and password.
- Via the menu bar open "Administration" and select the option "My user administrators".
- Here, you will find a list of all user administrators for your company.
Would you like to contact one of the administrators via email? Then simply click on the email address and your email program will open a new message.
Upon clicking on a name, an additional window will open in which you can see all the contact details of this person.
Change of the User administrator
1. If the current user administrator is changing responsibilities within the company or leaving the company then the administration rights should be passed on to another person.
The current user administrator should make sure to perform this task before leaving the position.

2. If the user administrator has left your company without passing the administration rights on, the SupplyOn Customer Support has to assign the administration roles to the person who will take over this responsibility.
In this case have your superior fill out and sign the Administrator Change Form. A company stamp is also required, along with the signature.
Send the form back to the Support Team.
