Forgotten password

If you have forgotten your password, you can create a new one by following the instructions below:

  1. Click on the "Link to request" or "Link to order" that you received within an email notification from SupplyOn .
  2. You will be redirected to the login screen. Please click on the link "Forgot password?" below the password field.
  3. SupplyOn confirms that the password reset process has been completed.
  4. You will receive an email with instructions and a link to reset the password.
  5. Please click on the link.
    • Please note that the link will expire after 24 hours.
    • Also make sure that the email has not been blocked by your spam filter.
  6. You are now redirected to a new website where you are asked to enter a new password.
  7. Please make sure to follow these rules, when creating a new password:
    • You must enter at least 12 characters.
    • You may only enter 20 characters.
    • You must enter at least 1 uppercase letters.
    • You must enter at least 1 lowercase letters.
    • You must enter at least 1 special characters.
    • The following special characters are allowed: -_/()$%&?!+*#<>=
    • You must enter at least 1 numerical characters.
    • Choose a password that is hard to guess.
  8. Repeat the entry and click on "Set password".
  9. Now you will receive the information that your password was successfully reset.

You can now login on the platform as usual.

Unlock account by resetting your password

Here's how to unlock a locked account by resetting the password.

  • After entering an incorrect password, a red error message will be displayed.
  • If you enter an incorrect password three times, a red error message will appear. At the same time, you will automatically receive an email containing a link titled “Please click here to define your new SupplyOn password.”
    Using this link, you can reset your password and unlock your account.

To do so, follow the steps described from step 4 onward in this article “Forgotten password” at the top of this page. Your access will then be unlocked automatically.
