Enter and upload capacity data

This task is usually performed by the supplier. However, if the customer wants to enter capacity data on behalf of their supplier, they can activate this option in "Supplier configuration".

It is recommended for suppliers to update the data for production capacities on a quarterly basis or in the case of special incidents or deviations.

Upload demand data

In order to use Capacity Management with your suppliers, the customer first has to enter the demand data . The demand data can be taken from the Supply Chain Collaboration service. Alternatively, the customer can upload demand data on a regular basis in "Demand Data".

Before you can upload demand data, you have to configure a template according to your needs. Please make sure that the structure of the template can be processed properly. Ask your key account manager at SupplyOn consulting to discuss what's possible here.
