The "download scheduler" is supposed to help the customer analyzing their capacity situation without entering the capacity management system.
The customer can set up multiple scheduled reports, which will be sent to their e-mail inbox automatically on a regular basis. This can even be set this up for colleagues who might not have a SupplyOn account yet.
When the customer creates a new schedule, they firstly select which base report to use. They also can rearrange columns or remove some.
If the demand is higher than the capacity or if the capacity is lower than the demand, alerts are triggered:
Demand and capacity data are analyzed in the Capacity Analysis dashboard.

This is how you enter capacity via bulk upload, either as supplier or as customer.

This task is usually performed by the supplier. However, if the customer wants to enter capacity data on behalf of their supplier, they can activate this option in "Supplier configuration".
It is recommended for suppliers to update the data for production capacities on a quarterly basis or in the case of special incidents or deviations.
Planned capacity
A weekly capacity that is normally available for a longer period of time.
In order to use Capacity Management with your suppliers, the customer first has to enter the demand data . The demand data can be taken from the Supply Chain Collaboration service. Alternatively, the customer can upload demand data on a regular basis in "Demand Data".
Before you can upload demand data, you have to configure a template according to your needs. Please make sure that the structure of the template can be processed properly. Ask your key account manager at SupplyOn consulting to discuss what's possible here.
Contact management is the SupplyOn service for the administration of contacts and user accounts in supplier companies. It helps maintaining up-to-date and valid master data for supplier companies.
The process standards for Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) are defined by the AIAG (Automotive Industry Action Group). They describe quality requirements for technical processes that frequently occur in the automotive industry's supply chains.
For these quality requirements, some customer companies require their suppliers to provide information that shall be stored at SupplyOn. The supplier creates this information in their Business Directory profile on the "Audits & Assessments" tab.
