Discussions

How can I use discussions in SupplyOn as a customer?

Discussions can be linked directly with business transactions (for example a request for quotation or complaint) and can therefore easily be found in context of these transactions. This is a lot easier and clearer than a clarification using e-mail. Thus, colleagues can easily collaborate when simultaneously working on a transaction. It is also possible to ask an involved supplier to rework his offer.

In Sourcing (for buying companies)

You can invite your own company, colleagues, your supplier's customer responsibles and one supplier company to a discussion linked to an RFQ in SupplyOn Sourcing.

If you invite a company, all users having access to the RFQ are addressed. Since you are only able to add one supplier company to a discussion, competitors cannot be invited at the same time.

You have the opportunity to invite customer responsibles who belong to a different company than the already invited users, but who are part of the same corporate group.
