“Article Weights and Measures” contains article master data e.g. article weight and article dimensions that are necessary for the automatic packing process in the FPA / ASN process.
The article master data in “Article Weights and Measures” are available for customer article on customer side and on supplier side for supplier article.
The master data for the packing process contains article master data and packing material master data that will be merged in packing instructions master data. The packing process master data are absolutely necessary for the automatic calculation of the packing in the FPA / ASN process. Master data are maintained by customer for customer packing data and by supplier for supplier packing data.
In the list of actions, you will find details of all actions in all action plans that relate to your company.

An action plan comprises the following sections: overview, basic information, assigned topics and assigned actions. Each of these sections can be expanded and collapsed.
Overview: The overview shows you the current status of the action plan. Within it, you will find the higher-level deadline status (red, yellow, green, gray), the overall progress in percent, the plan status (active, closed, canceled) and the effectiveness rating for the action plan (zero to five stars).
On this page, you can see all action plans that relate to your company. In the standard view, you can only see active action plans. Furthermore, only some columns are displayed in standard view. Click on the triangle in a column header to add new columns under “Columns”.

Header data: The header data shows you the most important information regarding the topic (designation, description, customer, supplier, documents etc.). You will also find the link to the assigned action plan here.

The “Search in all collaborations” page allows users with the roles “Standard” and “Designer” to search for content from flexible fields in all collaborations.
During the search, all flexible fields with the property “Searchable” created under the menu item “Administration / Configuration of Services / Collaboration Folders / Manage Flexible Fields” are available as search criteria.
With universally visible folders, the uploaded file is visible to all authorized users of the folder.
With individually visible folders, you can specify when uploading the file the suppliers to whom it will be visible and who will be able to edit it.
Details of changes to the content of a folder are sent to the colleagues, groups, suppliers or e-mail addresses specified in the “Notifications” tab.
