As a supplier you can invite your own company, colleagues and individual users to a discussion linked to a supplier evaluation in SupplyOn Performance Monitor.
If you invite your own company, all users having access to the supplier evaluation are addressed.
Users from a customer company and suppliers can be participants of a discussion.
Tip: Since all participants of a discussion can see all replies from each other, please be aware of not inviting competitors by E-Mail.
Adding recipients underlies certain rules that vary according to the SupplyOn service you use. You can find more detailed information on how to invite participants to a discussion using the menu on the left.
As a ConBid user, you need to understand the concepts, the process, where you collaborate and the master data managed in the tool.
Then knowing your project, being Yearly or Rolling, you can consult the user guide dedicated to the phase of your project described in the tables below.
The customer may provide complaints that relate to supplier ratings. The complaints are listed in a table that includes the following information: complaint ID, title, type, related part ID, part name, status of the complaint, date, customer location, customer contact and defective quantity. It depends on the customer which columns are displayed.
This page shows the raw data by which the supplier ratings are calculated (e.g. number of delivered parts, number of defective parts). Whether raw data is provided or not depends on the customer.
The raw data is displayed in a line below the corresponding evaluation categories.
In most cases, the table displays data for the current period, year to date (YTD) and for 12 months.
This page shows the historical values (rating, scores) of a specific performance record in a table and a diagram.

All fields except “evaluation category” are optional, e.g. if a certain field is not used by a customer, the corresponding column can be suppressed.
Most of the user interaction takes place within the detailed evaluation page, which contains ratings with results of the ratings according to different criteria. Categories, structures and values will change, depending on the buying company that provides the data. The buying company is responsible for all content displayed in the detailed evaluation page. All questions regarding the content should be directed to the buying company.
The Overview page displays an information overview, typically consisting of different sections with tables and charts that show a good snapshot of the performance.
On this page, you can create a topic for a rating in Supply On Action Management. You can then request actions on the part of your supplier to improve the rating. To create a topic, click on the green “Create topic” button.
If you cannot see this button, the supplier is not yet registered for SupplyOn Action Management. In this case, please contact the SupplyOn Administrator in your company.
