Response status

On this tab you will find an overview of the bids entered and outstanding for your request. In the top half of the page you will find the bid status for suppliers registered on the SupplyOn platform; in the bottom half you will find those that you only invited via an e-mail address.

If several bids were submitted for one supplier, then they submitted several bids during the bid period, e.g. after a meeting with you in which you asked them to improve their offer.

Add/change items

On this page you can enter the items of your request, specify price scenarios (quantity scales or percentages, annual price reduction) or add further request columns or bid columns to the table.

To add columns drag the fields with your mouse from the “Columns” area on the right into the tables area on the left. If no fields are displayed on the right, first have the area appear via “Show field definitions”.

Under “Colleagues requests” you will find the requests that your colleagues have given you access to.

On the “All requests” tab you will find both your requests and your colleagues' requests together.

These tabs are your entry pages into SupplyOn Sourcing. Here you select requests or search for requests.

Approval for free text items

You can confirm free text items in a request and add a relevant comment. If the bid does not live up to your expectations, you can edit the request with write rights.

Following confirmation, the data will be sent to the back end. If the free text items were declined, the data cannot be copied to the back end.

Awarding confirmation

You can have your awarding proposal for a bid confirmed by the relevant persons.

To do this, you should first save an awarding in the bid evaluation or download the bid data with an awarding proposal as an Excel file. You can then upload this Excel table as an attachment to the awarding confirmation.

Add/modify bid for supplier

On the page “Add/modify bid for supplier”, a user of a buying company can edit an already submitted bid. The precondition is that the request is in status “Active” or “Closed”. If the supplier has not submitted a bid yet, the buyer can also create an entirely new bid.

Since the buyer acts on behalf of the supplier, he can only edit seller fields. Customer internal fields are invisible to him. This behavior is applied for request details, line items and cost breakdown sheets.
