In “My SupplyOn → Config. Sourcing & Document Mgmt. → Sourcing → Contract management” you can create your contracts here, which are available for the users of your company when generating a contract based on a request process. A contract consists of static data (e.g. text) and flexible data from the request.

With cost breakdown functionality, Excel sheets can be uploaded to SupplyOn Sourcing and used during request creation. The uploaded Excel sheets are displayed online as online spreadsheets. During request creation, a cost breakdown can be added to the required request items to have a well structured sheet for data input.

This help page is only a description of the creation of individual bid evaluations.

The “individual bid evaluation” function allows creating evaluation templates based on a customer specific Excel file. The Excel file is contained in the bid evaluation download.

On this page, you will find an overview of already existing bid evaluation templates. You can copy, delete and preview templates. In addition, you can modify templates by clicking on their name.

Create new evaluation templates by clicking on the button “Create report template”.

You can choose between two layouts for your evaluation template:

Standard (portrait format)

You can manage and create request templates here. Buyers require a request template in order to create requests using SupplyOn Sourcing. Depending on their purpose, templates can be very simple or complex - they can contain many or few fields.

On this page, you can upload the master data for Performance Monitor or Action Management.
Please download the master data in XML format and modify them first. After doing this, upload the data again.
To upload, click on the “Add” button and select the file you have modified.

Before uploading master data, download the most up-to-date version. You can only download the master data that you would like to modify. To do this, check the relevant checkboxes and click on the “Download” button.

The downloaded file is in XML format.

Report templates are used to make individual adjustments and enhancements to Excel file downloads at SupplyOn. It is for example possible to change the layout or contained columns, but also to determine own formulas and pivot tables.

SupplyOn provides you with a report template including some initial evaluations. This template can be changed or deleted by a company’s administrator at all time.

You manage the company-wide groups here. Groups are an easy option for combining users in order to provide them the same access rights. Group types are used for classifying these kinds of groups.
