The Supplier Activation Monitor is designed to give an overview about the status of suppliers regarding all necessary steps to bring the supplier into usage after completed registration.
The main information comes with the Supplier Ready-To-Use Monitor with an overview of the several steps into activation of suppliers.
Located on the right side the information from the Supplier Ready-To-Use Monitor statistic are split off into Details to Supplier Ready-To-Use Monitor for each activation step.
You can find all of your suppliers listed in the Suppliers per Activation Status table.
You can use the following filter options to cluster the analysis specific for your needs:
- Activation Date (the date the service was booked by the supplier)
- has active user (at least one active user with a role for the service)
- has CompanyAdmin
- has Key Account Manager (KAM) (only relevant for Quality processes and Sourcing)
- has Logical File Name (LFN) (only relevant for Logistic and Finance processes)
- has mapping (technical connection between customer plant and supplier)
- has transactions (e.g. RFQ, Orders, 8D Report, etc.)
- (supplier) has responded (as far as necessary for the process)
- Type (e.g. Connect, E-Mail Access or Buyer Paid Connect)
