The Supplier Lifecycle Monitor (SLM) has been designed to offer experienced customer users the possibilities to get more detailed information about their onboarding projects with their supplier and carrier during the registration phase but also in case of supplier offboarding (deactivation).

For this the Supplier Lifecycle Monitor gives further statistical information about registration (lead times, service comparisons, quotas, etc.) and reasons plus details about escalations and deactivations.
