General Information

You can use the following filter options to cluster the analysis specific for your needs:

• Creation Date
• TR ID
• Template Name
• Waived: is a deliberate shortening of the Technical Review process if the customer decides to give the supplier a certain Technical Review status even before all questions have been answered completely.
• Status: the status of an project
• Supplier ID
• DUNS
• Supplier Name

The numbers of technical reviews in the left area repeat the status information from the pie chart.

The total suppliers (last two statuses) reflect number of active suppliers and suppliers with running technical reviews.

There are following statuses in Technical Review for transactions possible:

• Created: The status of the Technical Review after creation. The supplier cannot see the Technical Review. 
• Active: The Technical Review is in progress. The supplier can edit this Technical Review.
• Feasible: This result status means that the customer believes that the supplier can produce the required part.  All fields of the Technical Review are read-only. A return to the "Active" status is possible.
• Feasible with Actions: This result status means that the customer believes that the supplier can produce the required part after taking additional actions on his side. All fields of the Technical Review are read-only. A return to the "Active" status is possible.
• Not Feasible: This result status means that the customer believes that the supplier cannot produce the required part. All fields of the Technical Review are read-only. A return to the "Active" status is possible.
• Cancelled: A technical review can be cancelled due to multiple reasons. It is still possible to access the technical review (read-only), but it is not possible to re-activate the technical review.

A status can be empty if it is not used by the buyside company.

It is possible to click on elements of the charts to filter them or the other charts on the page.

Technical Review per Status

Gives an overview of the total number of techncial reviews, their status and share in the total.

A status which is not used by the buying company will not appear here.

You can get detailed information (e.g. Percentage, Numbers) by hoovering over specific category.

Supplier per Technical Review Status

A list of suppliers with the number of their technical reviews, grouped by their status.

Suppliers without any technical reviews will not appear in this list.

Please note that it is also possible to download the list as xlsx, or csv. To do so, click on the three dots in the upper right corner of the KPI and press download.

Technical Review per Status and Month

This stacked column chart is an overview of the development of technical reviews over the year accumulated on a monthly base.

Please note that the historical evaluation is currently not full filterable.
