Header
If you want to merge ASNs, each ASN needs its own header data to ensure the distinction between the supplying plant and the sender plant.
Within the header data the customer org code, customer plant, unloading point and the supplier number are required.
Loading Length
Units of measure (UoM) for weights, lengths and volumes are specified on header level, in this example line 21, 22 and 23. All key figures in the rest of the document are specified without an explicit unit of measure and the UoM defined in the header is implicitly used.
These data are sent through with the demand message from the customer.
Address
They represent the customer plant and unloading point as well as the supplier address.
If you combine different delivery notes into a shipping notification, the section βAddressβ must be repeated as often as necessary. Here you have on overview of all address details.
The address details are derived automatically from the demand message, in this example the order.
