The Status Monitor gives an overview of all existing transactions for an service and their current status.
General Information
Due to standardization we do not report customized processes or data from flexible fields.
It is possible that parts of the displayed processes are not relevant for you. However, due to standardization, we always show the highest complexity of the service in the reports.
The structure of the different monitors is basically always the same. However, minor deviations may occur from service to service, i.e. individual KPIs may be missing or added.
