To upload attachments, click in the "Attachments" section on "Select":
The following upload formats are feasible, unless the application has been configured differently by your customer: BMP, CSV, DOC, DOCX, GIF, JPG, JPEG, PDF, PNG, PPT, PPTX, RTF, TIF, TXT, XLS, XLSX, XML, ZIP
Then select the uploaded data and click on "Open". The file is now successfully uploaded.
To download or delete attachments, place a check mark in front oft he desired attachment. Click then on "Download" or "Delete":
