In the Comments tab you can see the comments entered by SupplyOn after some follow-up actions with the supplier regarding their registration or after an escalation procedure.
You can add your own comments in the dedicated blank field and click on the button ‘Add Note’ to confirm and save them. The system adds automatically your first and last name as well as the date and time. The ‘Save’ button will be used only when you want to update/remove an existing note.
