Retention Overview

SupplyOn Rollout Cockpit

Retention Overview

The ‘Retention Overview’ shows you all suppliers who are or will be deactivated for one or more SupplyOn services.

Please note: If you want to prevent suppliers from being deactivated, please set up an internal action process to additionally inform and convince these suppliers. In case of deactivation, please ensure that the supplier can exchange data with your company via another communication channel.

The search mask of the ‘Retention Overview’ is structured in two tabs:

  1. Deactivation Upcoming: when searching in this tab you will receive all suppliers who will be deactivated at the retention date. They can still use the full service until the retention date.
  2. Deactivated Connections: when searching in this tab you will receive all suppliers who have already been deactivated. Connections are considered deactivated if all rollouts of a supplier have been stopped and there are no other active/rolled out Service Connects. That is why you can find this supplier only in this overview if the stopped service was their only service. (In this case it will not be shown in Supplier overview or Service overview.)

The search result will look like this:

ROC Guide Screen 7.7 - 02

This is the search result for suppliers with upcoming deactivation. The symbol for this is the green semi circle. In case the supplier has already been deactivated, the symbol will be a grey circle. By clicking on the supplier in the column ‘Company Name’ you will get to the Supplier Details where you will find more information in the   Retention Tab.

By clicking on the ‘Retention Contact’ in the last column, you will receive further information about this contact:

You also have the possibility to receive system notifications about suppliers in retention, refer to   Retention Mailing for more information.
