In the rollout process there are two user groups at the buyside. The buyside users having the following roles SLMROCAll or SLMROCManager and the Service User. In this article you can see the emails that the respective user group receives and what these e-mails look like. Please just click on the icons next to the text.
During the rollout process, different emails are sent to the buyer contact person that you have uploaded into the Rollout Cockpit (=Service User). How these emails look like, you will find in the following sections.
Email Notification to the buyside when the supplier finished the service registration
Who will receive the message? - Users with the role SLMROCAll or SLMROCManager and the Service User.

E-Mail Notification when the supplier is escalated to the Buyside
The SupplyOn call center is actively contacting the supplier during the Registration process. If the supplier does not register at the end of the Registration process, the call center will set-up an escalation reason and the buyside will be automatically notified.

E-Mail Notification when a Service Deactivation for the supplier is planned
When a supplier is planned for deactivation in SupplyOn System (e.g. Non-payment), the Buyside will be notified about the upcoming service deactivation.
