SupplyOn Rollout Cockpit

User Roles

In this article you can find out which user roles you need in order to get the right functions displayed in the Rollout Cockpit.

There are different roles available for people who work with the Rollout Cockpit.

Your SupplyOn Company Administrator will have to allocate the corresponding roles to you.

The SLMROCAII role is the basis for the functionalities introduced in this guide.

If you are missing functionalities or are denied access to functionalities you need for your rollout project, please contact your SupplyOn company administrator and double check that you have been assigned with the right role(s).

Role Description
SLMROCAll

Buyer role with full rights in the ROC (administrator):

  • Upload/Entry of rollout data and start of the registration,
  • Registration, service and supplier overview,
  • Supplier details view,
  • View of contact data (buyer + seller) including edit function,
  • View of comments regarding the seller including edit function,
  • Retention overview,
  • Setting of retention e-mail reminder (for buyer internal use),
  • Escalation overview and processing,
  • Sending e-mails to sellers,
  • View of the Workflow Inbox (open tasks in the ROC),
  • Start and approval of change requests,
  • Creation and modification of e-mail templates
SLMROCManager

Buyer role for the processing of supplier rollouts with the following rights:

  • Upload/Entry of rollout data and start of the registration,
  • Registration, service and supplier overview,
  • Supplier details view,
  • View of contact data (buyer + seller) including edit function,
  • View of comments regarding the seller,
  • Sending e-mails to sellers,
  • View of the Workflow Inbox (open tasks in the ROC)
SLMROCFollowUp

Buyer role for tracking of the rollout activities and the supplier and connect status with the following rights:

  • Registration, service and supplier overview,
  • Supplier Details view,
  • View of contact data (buyer + seller),
  • View of comments regarding the seller including edit function,
  • Sending e-mails to sellers,
  • View of the Workflow Inbox (open tasks in the ROC)
SLMROCRetention

Buyer role for processing retentions with the following rights:

  • Registration, service and supplier overview,
  • Supplier details view,
  • View of contact data (buyer + seller) including edit function,
  • View of comments regarding the seller including edit function,
  • Setting of retention e-mail reminder (for buyer internal use),
  • Sending e-mails to sellers,
  • View of the Workflow Inbox (open tasks in the ROC)
SLMROCChangeRequest

Additional buyer role for processing of change requests (changes of master data) with the following rights:

  • Start and approval of change requests,
  • View of the Workflow Inbox (open tasks in the ROC)
SLMBuyerLowBusiness

Use of the "Cost acceptance by purchasing company on the basis of low business volume" campaign. If the campaign is selected, the buyer carries the usage charge of a service for a supplier.

  • Mandatory for Buyer Paid Connect Rollout
