Status of elements:
Red (for elements that were classified in the template as high risk):
The confirmed date is later than the requested date, or the sample was not completed by the requested date. Start date is not considered at the traffic light calculation.
Orange (for elements that were classified in the template as low risk):
The confirmed date is later than the requested date, or the sample was not completed by the requested date. Start date is not considered at the traffic light calculation.
Depending on your customer's configuration, it may also be that some elements change to the Orange status before the actual target date. This affects critical elements for which a pre-warning time of x days is set with your customer. You will find more on this under the customer-specific information on this page.
Green:
The confirmed date is earlier than the requested date, or the sample was completed by the requested date, or a requested date was not entered and the sample was completed.
Gray (empty):
The status display remains empty if the element has been classified as "No risk". The traffic light status can only be set manually.
Completion degree (%):If the sample is closed, this field becomes automatically 100%. If tasks are assigned to the particular element, the completion degree is calculated as the ratio of the closed tasks to all tasks.
Automatic status display:
The most negative status of all elements within the phase is automatically displayed at the level of a phase.

What does the chain displayed next to requested dates mean?
The chain symbol indicates that a requested date is present for this element in the program. Hovering over the symbol with the mouse shows you the requested date from the program. This symbol is only shown to users of the buying company. -
What does the grey status next to traffic light mean?
The grey status means that a status report was generated in the past.
The symbols circle (=green), triangle (=yellow), or square (=red) indicate which status was set while generating the status report. -
What does the gray exclamation mark symbol (!) displayed next to requested dates mean?
The gray exclamation mark symbol is shown if there is a requested date for this element in the program and no entry has been made yet in the project.
To take the requested date over from the program for the whole project, please click on the button "Transfer requested dates from -program-" below. This symbol is only shown to users of the buying company. -

The green exclamation mark symbol shows that an attachment (or a version of an attachment) has been added or deleted since your last login. - What does the yellow warning symbol displayed next to requested dates mean?
The yellow warning symbol shows if the requested date of an element in the program is earlier than the stated requested date of the project. This symbol is only shown to users of the buying company.
