This article shows you the steps of processing actions plans - from creation through to closure
Create new action plan
If you are authorized to do so, you can create a new action plan from the list of action plans. To do this, please click on the green "Create action plan" button. You can also create and work on action plans without topics.
- In the basic information, enter a name, description and due date for the action plan.
- If you create an action plan without a topic, select a supplier/customer and add the persons responsible.
- To create actions, now click on the "Add Action" button.
- Enter all the necessary data (designation, description, responsible, due date).
- Save the action plan.
An action plan can also be copied, but which information is copied depends on whether a customer or a supplier copies it.
Assign action plan
- Click on the name of the topic in the list.
- Check the information about the topic. You can make changes if necessary.
- To work on the topic in an action plan, assign it using the "To New Action Plan" or "To Existing Action Plan" button.
- If you do not agree with the topic, click on the "Decline Topic" button.
Work on actions
- Click on the title of the action plan that you would like to work on.
- Set the action progress to 20, 40, 60, 80 or 100% or set a completion date.
- Upload documents to the action via the "Upload" link.
- Add a comment about the action via the "Add" link.
- Save the action plan.
Close action plan
- Click on the title of the action plan that you would like to close.
- Verify all actions.
- If the actions were successfully implemented, set the status to "Closed".
- Your action plan is closed.
