This article will provide further information on the severity of complaint within SupplyOn's Problem Solver.
In order to view the severity of a comlaint, open the complaint in question in the service Problem Solver, go to the tab "Customer complaint" and scroll down to the section "Details"
On the right-hand side, the severity of the complaint is ranked from 1-10
1 denotes the lowest degree of severity, whereas 10 marks the highest possible degree
This information can also be visualized by resting your mouse cursor on the section of "severity" without clicking
