When using the SupplyOn Service Performance Monitor, you as the supplier might not agree with the evaluations provided by the buyer or have questions about them.
Find out who the right contact person is if you have any questions about supplier ratings.
If you have questions for your customer, you can direct them to your customer contact by e-mail or use the message function directly from Performance Monitor.
On the detailed evaluation page (e.g. 'Strategic evaluation' or 'Operational evaluation'), select the evaluation for which you want to send a question to your customer.
Tip: Under 'Help with the customer's rating system', you can find out which sub-areas make up the ratings and on what basis they are calculated.
Click on a detailed link in the 'Further information' column (e.g. 'History' or 'Raw data').
Click on the 'Discussions' link. A message window will open with the customer contact in the address bar. If there is no addressee, you must enter the e-mail address of the contact person yourself.
SupplyOn uses the e-mail address to determine the corresponding user.
Enter your question or comment and click 'Send'. You can also attach files located on your PC or take a screenshot directly in the web application.
