An action plan comprises the following sections:
- basic information
- assigned topics
- assigned actions
Each of these sections can be expanded and collapsed.
The overview shows you the current status of the action plan. Within it, you will find the overall date status (red, yellow, green, gray), the overall progress in percent, the processsing state (active, closed, canceled)
and the effectivity rating for the action plan (zero to five stars).
In the basic information, you will find all key information relating to the action plan (designation, description, attachments, due date, customer, supplier, persons responsible).
This section shows all topics that are worked on via this action plan. Customers and suppliers can access these topics. Further topics can also be added and topics can be removed.
In the last section, you can enter actions. There are two ways of doing this: either via the "Create Action" button or via an Excel upload under "More" / "Upload". You will find the template for the Excel file under "More" / "Download Template". You can delete actions too ("More" / "Delete").
Actions have a brief designation, a description (click on the icon next to the brief designation), a target date, a progress indicator, a completion date as well as attachments and comments.
In the second tab of the action plan detail page, the change history is available. Here you can see what, when and by whom changes were made in the action plan.
