If assigning a new password or forwarding the user ID does not work, that could be caused by a wrong e-mail address.
It is only possible to change your e-mail address when you are logged in.
In case you are not able to log in any more, please refer to a user administrator in your company.
In case you do not know your user administrator, please ask another SupplyOn user in your company for assistance. Your colleague can login to SupplyOn and identify the user administrator in the menu "administration" --> "My user administrators".
