What is the difference between a supplier contact, a main contact and a user?
• supplier contact: This contact is provided by the buyer when they send a request for registration of a SupplyOn Service.
The supplier cannot change the supplier contact and if needed, the supplier can request the change by contacting the SupplyOn Customer Support).
• main contact: The first company administrator is automatically set as main contact after a supplier registered for SupplyOn.
The supplier cannot change the main contact and if needed, the supplier can request the change by contacting the SupplyOn Customer Support).
• user: A user has an account with login details (user id and password) and business-service related and or administrator user rights for SupplyOn. User accounts are mainted within SupplyOn by the administrator.
