The one-time password is already outdated or incorrect when you enter it, if the time on your PC/laptop/mobile phone is
incorrect.
Please check the real time at https://time.is/ and adjust the time on your device.
Afterwards the login is possible.
Further recommendation: Delete the temporary internet files (cache) and cookies in your browser.

As a final option, your SupplyOn Administration can reset the two-factor authentication by removing the option in the user
account and adding it again.
In the meantime, you can log in via an access link sent to you by e-mail.
