Is it possible for a supplier to have an interface between Problem Solver and their own system?
Technically everything is available and ready for use. In principle, it does not matter which customer the supplier exchanges complaints with. The initiative for using the supplier interface must come from the supplier.
We recommend that suppliers download / upload from a quantity of approx. 50 complaints / year, and the fully automatic interface from approx. 500 complaints / year.
