The "Tasks" tab displays all tasks related to 8D reports of all customer complaints.
Task types

Submit response:
Usually, your customer expects responses from processing steps of the 8D report within a certain time frame during the 8D process. If your customer has specified a date for the response or if you have entered one, the submission of the 8D report is added as a task.
A task of the type "Submit response" is initially not assigned to a responsible person. As soon as a team leader has been defined for the 8D report, the team leader takes responsibility for ensuring that the response is sent to the customer on time.
- Actions: Actions are tasks that have been added in the 8D report as D3, D6, D7 or as general actions.
