This article will provide further information on the severity of complaint within SupplyOn's Problem Solver.
General Information:
- In order to view the severity of a comlaint, open the complaint in question in the service Problem Solver, go to the tab "Customer complaint" and scroll down to the section "Details"
- On the right-hand side, the severity of the complaint is ranked from 1-10
- 1 denotes the lowest degree of severity, whereas 10 marks the highest possible degree
- This information can also be visualized by resting your mouse cursor on the section of "severity" without clicking
